Fivio Foreign checks himself into a $10,000 rehab center to get his mind straight

Fivio Foreigner hasn’t enjoyed most of 2025 as he’s been in jail most of the year…but the New York rap star is making sure his 2026 will be smoother — by checking himself into rehab!!!

On Wednesday, the “Big Drip” rapper posted a PSA on Instagram for his fans, featuring in the photo a woman he referred to as a “wife” and their infant son … while crediting them, his team and even his probation officer for pushing him to seek professional help.

We broke history back in March after discovering that Fivio had been incarcerated shortly after a New Year’s Eve incident in which he pointed a gun at a woman.

Fivio was released in August and is currently on sale 3 years probation. In the PSA, he admits to making “stupid mistakes” and says he spends a lot of money on rehab…$10,000 for a week or two.

Fivio signed, explaining that he didn’t want to lose his beautiful lifestyle and that he needed to think about his family.

The message was well received… artists Yung Blue, Topson and musical director Sierra Leverwere all in the Fivio comments with encouraging support.
