‘The Search for Prince Charming’ Star Jasen Kaplan’s Death Ruled a Suicide

Jasen Kaplan‘s cause of death has been revealed … and it has officially been ruled a suicide, TMZ has learned.

‘Prince Charming’ star and celebrity makeup artist died at a New York hospital on New Year’s Eve…and authorities are now blaming blunt impact injuries to the torso and extremities as the cause.

Authorities add that they have now concluded that it was a suicide.

Kaplan was also a go-to makeup artist for Kelly Osbourne, Eva Longoria, Cyndi Lauper, Bethenny Frankel, and more. He started working with Brittany And Lisa Gastineau in their 2005 show “Gatineau Girls.”

As we noted previously…this is the second loss related to “The Search for Prince Charming” in less than a month…after Chad Spodickanother competitor, also died.

His death was also ruled a suicide…with an audio recording revealing he had hanged himself in the backyard.

Jasen was only 46 years old.
