Apple has shipped iPhone models worth $50 billion (approximately Rs. 4.51 Lakh Crore) since FY22 when it joined the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme, Union IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said. According to a report, the Cupertino-based tech giant managed to ship Indian-made iPhone models worth around $16 billion (around Rs. 1.44 Lakh Crore) in the first nine months of the year.
