High Potential follows a single mother with an exceptional mind who ends up working as a consultant for the Los Angeles Police Department. It is based on the French series Haut Potentiel Intellectuel and airs first on ABC before being released on Hulu.
In addition to Olson, the series stars Javicia Leslie as Daphne, Deniz Akdeniz as Lev “Oz” Ozdil, Amirah J as Ava, Matthew Lamb as Elliot and Judy Reyes as Selena. Daniel Sunjata plays Morgan’s partner, Detective Karadec, and Steve Howey joins the cast in season 2 as new precinct captain Nick Wagner.

When to Watch High Potential Season 2 on Hulu
Season 2, Episode 8 of High Potential – the first entry in over two months – premieres on ABC on Tuesday, January 6 and streams the next day on Hulu. Episodes 1-7 are currently streaming with a Hulu subscription. Here are the release details for the next two installments.
- Episode 8, The One That Got Away: Part Two: Premiere on ABC on January 6 at 9 p.m. ET/9 p.m. PT/8 p.m. CT. Streaming on Hulu on January 7.
- Episode 9, Under the Rug: Premieres on ABC on January 13 at 9 p.m. ET/9 p.m. PT/8 p.m. CT. Streaming on Hulu on January 14.
Hulu’s ad-supported plan officially costs more as of October 21. New customers will now pay $12 per month or $120 per year, up from $10 per month or $100 per year. Existing ad-based Hulu customers will pay the new price starting October 21. The ad-free version of Hulu remains unchanged at $19 per month.
