Court Denies Ex Devin Haney’s Request To Post His Child On Social Media

Devin Haney found himself with his hand raised via a ruling by a Los Angeles court earlier this week… as TMZ Sports learned that the judge had rejected a request filed by his ex-fiancée, Leena Sayedasking for permission to post their one-year-old child on social media without her approval.

According to court documents we obtained, Judge Hank Goldberg sided with Haney’s desire to keep the couple’s parenting agreement intact… saying, “There is no argument as to why a one-year-old would benefit from public exposure and social media attention.”

“It is completely understandable that famous parents would want to shield their children from the public and social media. Public culture is full of stories of children of famous parents who have been harmed by the public spotlight.”

Its ruling goes on to clarify that the provision “does not prohibit posting all photos,” noting that a parent can post a photo from the child’s birthday party and provide descriptions of the events — while keeping the child out of the frame.

The decision also notes that both parties were represented “by highly competent counsel in the settlement” and that “no allegation is made that the agreement was entered into involuntarily or was the product of duress or undue influence.”

In conclusion, Judge Goldberg determined that the provision in their parenting agreement is in the best interest of the child…and denied Sayed’s motion to modify it.

There have been heated exchanges between the two in legal journals… with Haney’s lawyers claiming that Sayed’s OnlyFans career that was reason enough to prevent them from posting photos of their child, Chromeon his page without his permission.

“Leena’s self-objectification and encouragement of her sexual fantasies through her posts on OnlyFans and Instagram mean that some of her internet ‘followers’ are unfollowing her because of her motherhood.”
