Calls grew Thursday for Portugal’s Feb. 8 presidential election runoff to be postponed after Storm Leonardo triggered deadly flooding, evacuations and severe disruptions in parts of the country, but election authorities insisted the runoff would go ahead as planned despite concerns about security and access for some voters.
