Several Internet users have sincerely expressed their concern for Kelly Osbourne after her last appearance at the Grammys, where she appeared thin.

The 41-year-old TV personality joined a group of stars for the awards show and posted a photo of her hands resting on her petite frame.

Fans were particularly concerned as her hands appeared larger than normal as they were almost entirely wrapped around her waist, with one suggesting she may have been suffering from an “eating disorder”. However, she never revealed any such condition.

One person claimed she looked sick on the red carpet, while someone else wrote: “Gaunt is not in good health plus her thinness has aged her. She could be Sharon’s younger sister.”

Another bluntly asked: “What’s going on with his hands?”

The latest concerns over her weight loss come months after Kelly criticized people who made comments about her body transformation, implying that losing her father had affected her physically.

“To the people who continue to think they’re being funny and mean by writing comments like ‘Are you sick’ or ‘Get off Ozempic, you don’t look good.’ My dad just died, and I’m doing my best, and the only thing I have to live for right now is my family,” the reality star said. People Magazine.

She added, “And I choose to share my content with you and share the happy side of my life, not the miserable side of my life. So to all those people, fuck you.”

Sharon, at the time, also supported her daughter, saying: “She’s right. She lost her daddy, she can’t eat right now.”

Over the past two years, Kelly’s dramatic weight loss has continued. She previously attributed her 85-pound drop to gastric sleeve surgery in 2018, which removed a significant portion of the stomach and limited food intake.

After becoming pregnant, she revealed that doctors warned her that she was at risk of diabetes and that she would lose the gains made after pregnancy, leading her to change her diet in favor of one low in carbohydrates and sugar.

“I was on a mission after having the baby to lose all my baby weight. And then I was like, well, I lost all the baby weight, let’s see how far I can go with it. [I] I went a little too far but [I] arrested,” she said at the time.

Yet she has continued to face backlash over what her fans claim is her use of Ozempic and other GLP-1 drugs. However, she responded to the allegations in 2024, denying using it.

“I know everyone thinks I took Ozempic. I didn’t take Ozempic. I don’t know where that came from,” she said, according to reports.

It’s been almost eight months since Kelly lost her father, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, to health issues at the time.

Still, she shared during her appearance at the Grammys that it hasn’t necessarily gotten easier for her, as she joined other stars to pay tribute to him on Sunday in the In Memoriam segment of the prestigious music event.

“You know, it’s so beautiful that his peers are showing their love and respect for his work tonight, and it’s going to be an emotional experience for us,” she said, referring to the awards ceremony’s celebration of Ozzy’s legacy, according to People Magazine.

When asked how she was doing since his death, Kelly initially said she was “fine” before explaining what a difficult time it had been for her and her family.

“I won’t lie,” she continued, “I won’t be one of those people who says I’m fine because I’m not. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever been through in my life.”

“But I have my man, and I have my beautiful baby, and my mom, and my brother, and I’m so bonded. I didn’t think we could ever be more bonded, but we did,” Kelly added.

Kelly went further to sing her late father’s praises before revealing how she and her family still keep his memories alive.

She described the Prince of Darkness as “one of the greatest men who ever lived.” [on] the planet”, before expressing his deep gratitude for the honor they bestowed on him, saying it was a “beautiful thing”.

When explaining how she and her family keep him fresh in their memories, Kelly revealed that they have adopted certain strategies, including keeping him “a seat at the table.”

“There are so many things we do that we always keep a seat at the table for him,” she said. “I light a candle every day. For him, I wear a locket. It’s under my dress, you can’t see it, but there’s his picture in it, and my baby opens it every day, kisses it and says hello to daddy.”

“And every time I see the clock at 11:11, I know that’s him talking to me,” Kelly added.
