French President Macron calls for restraint after right-wing youths fatally beaten

French President Emmanuel Macron called for calm and restraint on Saturday after a 23-year-old far-right man, identified only as Quentin, was fatally beaten on the sidelines of a conference by a far-left lawmaker in Lyon, in the southeast of the country.
