I can’t lie, guys…the end of The Bridgerton Chronicles season 4 part 1 made me furious. In his last episode, Benedict (Luke Thomspon) leaves to find Sophie (Yerin Ha) in the servant’s quarters.

Things get steamy, but then comes the line that will make you want to punch Bridgerton’s second eldest son in the face.

“You deserve everything, and I want to give you everything I can… to be my mistress,” Benedict said confidently. Sorry, mistress? Sophie rightfully leaves, injured, joining the rest of the staff for a night on the town.
