Lovato is preparing to entertain fans on stage again, a few years after saying she wasn’t sure if she would ever tour again. The singer-songwriter completed the “Holy Fvck Tour” in 2022, which took a toll on him.

Lovato spoke to People regarding her past statement saying the reason she wanted to stop touring was “how taxing it can be on the body and mind.” Regardless, she has now decided to hit the road again for her fans.

The singer trains for peak performance

Lovato, now 33, has been training her body to be in tip-top shape for her tour. She has been going to the gym religiously for several months, adding that she does a lot of cardio exercises. “I do a lot of cario so I don’t get out of breath when I sing and dance at the same time,” she explained.

Another challenge Lovato will face once her tour begins will be being away from her husband, musician Jordan Lutes aka Jutes, whom she married in 2025.

According to the singer, they try not to be apart for more than two weeks. Lutes, she said, will visit her during the first month of her tour, but subsequent dates may be more difficult because he himself will be on the road.
