US Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Caribbean leaders on Wednesday that the impeachment of Venezuela’s Nicolas Maduro had improved regional stability, despite objections to its legality. Speaking at a summit in St. Kitts and Nevis, he called for closer cooperation as tensions persist over Cuba, migration and security.
