Restraining order against Jada Pinkett Smith denied, filed by Will Smith’s alleged boyfriend

A Los Angeles judge denied a request for a restraining order filed against Jada Pinkett Smith by Will Smiththe alleged friend of… TMZ has learned.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the case brought by Bilaal Salaam was thrown out of court after Jada and Bilaal both testified.

The judge ruled that Bilaal did not provide enough evidence to obtain a permanent restraining order prohibiting Jada from coming within 100 meters of him. The case was closed.

In his earlier documents, Bilaal claimed he was “severely emotionally and mentally harmed” by Jada’s harassment, stating… “The repeated threats and false public accusations have caused me extreme stress, anxiety, humiliation and fears for my safety.”

Bilaal – whose relationship with Will is somewhat disputed in the documents – claimed he had left the country for “nearly two years out of fear, I was isolated from my family and my support system.”

He added that he still suffered from “insomnia, depression and a constant fear of being harmed.”

Like TMZ first reportedBilaal filed a $3 million lawsuit against Jada for her public comments. He claimed Jada approached him at a private party, threatening him to stop talking about his family.

Bilaal claimed that after refusing the requests, Jada and Will’s circle of friends launched a retaliatory attack against him. The trial is still ongoing, according to court records.
