Tony! Tony! Tone! singer D’Wayne WigginsThe family is embroiled in a bitter war over his 6-figure estate nearly a year after his death…TMZ has learned.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, D’Wayne’s daughter, Ilahn Wigginsclaimed the late singer-songwriter and guitarist left behind an estate worth about $700,000 after his death last year.

Ilahn said she had 2 brothers and her father got married to a new woman named Dori Wiggins months before D’Wayne’s death.

In his filing, Ilahn claimed that the person listed on his father’s death certificate was D’Wayne’s niece, Savanna Veleta. She said Veleta informed all of D’Wayne’s children after his death that she was the trustee of the singer’s estate and banned them from entering his home.

Ilahn said D’Wayne always had a loving relationship with his children. She believes Veleta used a power of attorney to withdraw $20,000 from D’Wayne’s bank account.

Ilahn said she and her siblings do not believe Veleta is the true administrator, nor that their father intended to change his will in the months before his death to exclude them from any inheritance.

D’Wayne’s children believe the singer’s final will was written and executed while he was receiving end-of-life care, including ingesting heavy medications that could have altered his mental state.

In response, Veleta disputes any assertion that D’Wayne was not of sound mind when he changed his will. She said the singer wanted to disinherit the children.

A trial has been set for September.

As TMZ previously reported, D’Wayne died March 7, 2025in Oakland, California, following a battle with cancer.
