Two men were charged Monday with terrorism offenses after allegedly throwing a nail bomb near an anti-Islam protest in New York over the weekend. The two U.S. citizens are in custody and told police they were aligned with the Islamic State, according to charging documents, in what authorities described as ISIS-inspired terrorism.
