WASHINGTON — White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles has been diagnosed with “early stage” breast cancer, President Donald Trump said Monday.
In an article on Truth Social, Trump said Wiles would begin treatment immediately and remain in his role.
“She has a fantastic medical team and her prognosis is excellent!” he said. adding, “During the treatment period, she will spend virtually all of her time at the White House, which makes me very happy, as president!”
Wiles has been Trump’s chief of staff since the start of his second term. She also served as the president’s co-campaign manager for his 2024 campaign.
