What makes a good Saturday night meal?

Whatever your diet, it’s important to keep your Saturday night dinners balanced and fun. By keeping the prep time relatively low, you’ll be less discouraged if you’ve spent the day lounging on the couch. Although energy levels may be poor on this holy day, Saturday is a great time to try new dishes and incorporate ingredients that you may not be motivated to try during the week.

Below, you’ll find Saturday night dinner ideas for large groups, vegetarian favorites, recipes for two, and quick and easy dishes for lazy weekend evenings. And whatever your typical weekend mood, I think we can all agree that less is more when it comes to our time off.
