Multiple explosions rocked Tehran on Tuesday, with news agencies reporting power outages in parts of the Iranian capital. From Tehran, FRANCE 24’s Reza Sayah says residents heard “airstrikes, followed by the disturbing sound of thunderous explosions,” noting that airstrikes have knocked out power in parts of Tehran since Sunday before authorities managed to restore electricity to some neighborhoods.
