French authorities have charged four people, including three minors, for allegedly trying to light a homemade explosive device outside the Paris headquarters of Bank of America. Counterterrorism prosecutors have said the incident may be linked to a little-known Islamist group with possible ties to Iran, although no firm links have yet been established.
