West Ham and Leeds have a welcome distraction from their relegation worries as they meet at the London Stadium on Sunday for this hard-to-call FA Cup quarter-final clash.

After a difficult start to the season, a string of good performances since February has seen the hosts rise among the top teams in the Premier League. A tough run over Christmas made things bleak, but the Hammers now look capable of beating the drop. Their penalty shootout victory over Brentford in the final round of this tournament puts them in contention for their first FA Cup semi-final appearance in 20 years.

Leeds currently find themselves four points and three places above West Ham – 15th in the EPL – but have managed just one win in their last eight league matches. Goals have been hard to come by in recent weeks for Daniel Farke’s side, but they come into this quarter-final after a comfortable 3-0 victory over Norwich City at Elland Road in the previous round.

West Ham United face Leeds United at the London Stadium on Sunday April 5. Kick-off is set for 4:30 p.m. BST in the United Kingdom, which is 11:30 a.m. ET or 9:30 a.m. PT in the United States and Canada, and 02:30 AEDT in Australia early Monday morning.
