Pakistan plays major role in trying to end Iran war

Pakistan became a key mediator between the United States and Iran, playing a crucial role in brokering the two-week ceasefire agreement and working with both sides, as well as regional powers, to end the war. Islamabad has ties to Tehran and Washington and is expected to hold negotiations this weekend.
