Law Cockroach came back with a response regarding its complaint against Delta Airlines.
The fashion stylist, known for creating iconic looks for stars including Zendaya, Ariana Grande and Megan Thee Stallion, recently took to social media to complain about not being given a lie-flat seat when booking a flight from New York to Los Angeles.
A day later, however, Roach returned to the same platform to reveal that the airline had responded to his complaint with what he described as the “sweetest message.”
However, his initial message sparked public backlash, with some critics accusing him of flaunting his privilege.
Law Roach praised Delta Airlines for ‘incredible’ customer service

On April 21, Roach tagged Delta Airlines in X to complain about the service he received on one of their flights. However, approximately 24 hours later, he followed up on the complaint, saying he received a response from the airline that appeared to resolve the issue to his satisfaction.
“I just received the sweetest message from @Delta. Thank you for your continued exceptional customer service. It’s why I remain so loyal.”
Roach had earlier claimed he was not given a flat seat, an experience he said left him “very disappointed”. He added that as a “Million Miler,” he should have had access to exclusive perks like that.
Roach faced public backlash following airline complaint
What appeared to be a request for better service from Roach instead turned into a trigger for widespread criticism, with some online users feeling he was flaunting his privilege.

Other users on the platform also trolled him with sarcastic remarks such as “OMG, poor you. That must have been horrible for you” and “thoughts and prayers for you and your family during this difficult time.”
Another group of fans also pointed out that they might have avoided the issue altogether if they had reviewed the airline’s booking information before traveling.
Delta apologized to Law Roach
In his post on X, Roach did not specifically reveal the response he received from Delta. However, the airline has addressed the consequences publicly and privately.
PEOPLE magazine reported that the airline attributed the inconvenience to a last-minute plane change. The outlet also confirmed that the airline had been in contact with Roach to address his complaint.
“We apologize to Mr. Roach for his experience. A last-minute plane change to ensure an on-time departure meant the flight was operated without a Delta One seat, and our customer service team has contacted him and is working directly with him to resolve the situation,” the statement said.
Roach broke the news of Zendaya’s alleged marriage
Although Roach has also designed a long list of A-list artists, he is perhaps best known as Zendaya’s stylist, and the two appear to share a very close relationship.
Earlier this year, the fashion star made headlines when he publicly claimed that the “Dune” star had in fact married her fiancé Tom Holland.
“The wedding already happened,” Roach told Access Hollywood, before adding, “You missed it.”
Despite Roach’s claims, representatives for Zendaya and Holland have not confirmed the marriage and speculation is still ongoing.
Law Roach and Zendaya collaborated on a women’s clothing collection
Further evidence of Roach and Zendaya’s close relationship can be seen in the duo’s collaboration on On’s first full womenswear offering.
The seven-piece collection includes standout pieces like the Cloudnova Moon Sneaker and Drawstring Midi Skirt, both priced at just over $100 each.
Speaking about the partnership with On, Roach told Vogue that it came together “really organically” and took a lot of inspiration from vintage materials.
“For this collection, I went to several vintage stores and gathered a lot of things… Silhouettes and textures and fabrics, and I took them to On headquarters in Zurich, and we touched and felt everything, and fit models tried things on,” he said.
