This is it: the last episode of The boys is around the corner. It’s all coming to an end with Amazon’s hit comic book satire. The series, inspired by the comics by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson and created by Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, airs the final episode of season 5 this week, which is the final season of the series.
But that doesn’t mean the story ends there. The Boys universe is still expanding, with past spin-offs like Generation V and the animated The Boys Presents: Diabolical, with many more to come, including Vought Rising, focusing on the story of Soldier Boy, and The Boys: Mexico, starring Diego Luna and Gael García Bernal.
All the familiar faces are back in season five of The Boys, including Antony Starr, Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Erin Moriarty, Chace Crawford, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso and Tomer Capone. Jensen Ackles returns as Soldier Boy; her Supernatural co-stars Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins appeared in the fifth episode of the new season.
