Mackenzie Shirilla She shouldn’t be bored to tears in prison anymore, because she finally landed a new job behind bars… TMZ has learned.

That’s right… Mackenzie is now employed as a food service worker at the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville… according to the prison spokesperson, Tara Nickel.

As for how much she makes for this work…we’re told Mackenzie’s earnings are not made public under Ohio law, but, in general, inmates can earn up to $24 a month.

Now Mackenzie has something to occupy her time after telling her mother: Nathalieshe was bored like hell.

During that same call, Mackenzie also told her mother that she didn’t think prison officials would allow her to work inside the facility due to her criminal charges, but it appears she was all wrong.

As you know, Mackenzie is serving two concurrent life sentences with the possibility of parole after 15 years.

Mackenzie was convicted of murder in August 2023 after prosecutors said she intentionally crashed her car into a brick building at 60 mph… killing her boyfriend and another friend.

His case gained national attention, thanks in large part to the popular Netflix documentary, “The Crash.”
