A Times Square shooting left a teenager injured after the Knicks won Game 5 of the NBA Finals… as police describe a night of widespread chaos in New York.
Police sources tell us the most serious incident occurred around 43rd Street and Broadway, where a 17-year-old victim was shot during post-game celebrations.

Authorities say it was the NYPD, not an ambulance, who transported the teenage victim to the hospital because emergency vehicles were unable to access the area due to the massive crowd that had “completely overrun” it.
Authorities also confirm that a firearm was found at the scene and that three persons of interest are currently in custody as the investigation continues.
Law enforcement sources say a total of four shootings and stabbings were reported across Manhattan following the match, as celebrations spilled into the streets and crowd control became increasingly difficult.
In another wave of destruction, five school buses were reportedly set on fire or damaged after groups of individuals climbed on them and hit them with bats, according to law enforcement.
Authorities also say large crowds took over several major intersections for hours, refusing to disperse and effectively blocking vehicle traffic in key areas of the city.
While the Knicks victory sparked massive celebrations across New York, officials are now grappling with the aftermath of what they describe as a night of both jubilation and serious criminal activity that took place in several locations.
