Read ‘Buffy’ Star Nicholas Brendon’s Alleged Handwritten Will

Nicholas Brendon wanted everything to go to his brother and nothing to his ex… this according to a handwritten will submitted to the court by his brother.

Documents were filed Monday by Nicholas’ brother, Kelton Schultzseeking to administer the probated estate in accordance with the terms of a handwritten will.

The documents note that Nicholas had no spouse or children – and there is no estimate of the estate’s value at this time.

Alongside Kelton, three other people are listed as potential beneficiaries of the estate… Nicholas’ parents, Robert And Kathleenand Nicholas’ ex-girlfriend Sarah Marker.

However, a handwritten note is also attached to the file that simply says: “My will. Sarah gets nothing, Kel gets everything. He can figure it out.”

As you know… Nicolas died in March due to cardiovascular disease. Acute pneumonia and a previous heart attack were listed as contributors factors in his death.

Nicholas was a series regular on “Buffy the Vampire Slayer”… playing Xander Harris in all 7 seasons of the hit series.
