Scott was scheduled to appear Wednesday before Judge William H. Hackel III for pretrial proceedings related to his DUI case. However, after she failed to appear, prosecutors requested that an arrest warrant be issued and her previously posted release bond be forfeited. The judge granted the request, issuing an active arrest warrant and setting Scott’s bond at $10,000.
On Wednesday, officials confirmed that Scott had not yet been returned to custody.

The missed hearing stems from Scott’s May 14 arrest in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. Authorities say Scott crashed his vehicle into another car the night before in nearby Detroit. She was taken into custody the next morning and booked into the Macomb County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence.
The arrest marked another legal problem for Scott, who has faced several public struggles over the years.
