Lovable reportedly in talks to double its valuation to $13.2 billion | TechCrunch

Lovable, a Swedish startup specializing in ambient coding, is in talks to raise $300 million at a valuation of $13.2 billion, exactly double Lovable’s valuation. $6.6 billion valuation that the company achieved last December, Sifted reported. Menlo Ventures, a company that announced its latest $3 billion fund last month, is expected to lead the cycle, according to the report.

The successful start-up less than three years old 500 million dollars of the annualized revenue rate in June.

Lovable users include founders, individual designers, and sellers who create websites and e-commerce storefronts. The company also sells its mood coding tool to large companies, including Workday, Asana and Nvidia.

Vibe coding, which allows users to create software simply by describing it, is by far the most popular and lucrative use case for AI. Other high-profile vibrational coding startups include Replit, valued at 9 billion dollars in March, and Factory, a startup that helps companies develop AI agents, which raised $150 million at a valuation of $1.5 billion in April. Meanwhile, Cursor, which offers ambiance coding to developers, was acquired by SpaceX for 60 billion dollars last month.
