D4vdlawyers show up in a hurry to the preliminary hearing of Celeste Rivas‘murder case…and they’re targeting LAPD criminals.

Thursday, D4vd’s lawyer, Blair Berkasks the criminalist Lauren Wallacewho had previously testified to the presence of possible traces of blood in his garage… specifically asking about the 2 chainsaws they found.

Wallace explain that they had not taken touch DNA from the chainsaws, given that the alleged blood tests from the power tools had come back negative.

She added that it made no sense to test D4vd’s DNA in the house since he lived there, saying his profile would be everywhere.

But Berk came back strong, pointing out that several people lived in the house, not just D4vd.

Wallace said she was aware of this – and during Berk’s questioning, she also said she discovered jugs of fake blood that D4vd had used for merchandise.

As you know, D4vd has been charge of the murder of Céleste, after her body was find in September, dismembered in the front trunk of the Tesla registered in his name.

Prosecutors believe D4vd killed Céleste, 14, because she threatened to reveal their romantic relationship. The artist pleaded not guilty to the accusations.

At the end of this preliminary hearing, the judge will determine if there is enough evidence for D4vd to stand trial.
