Samsung Galaxy Unpacked took place earlier in the week, and among the key launches we got a glimpse of a brand new foldable compact: the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8. This flip phone is Samsung’s thinnest and lightest Flip yet, measuring just 6.1mm thick when folded and weighing 180g.
Pre-orders are open now, and if you’ve decided this phone is for you, now’s the perfect time to score a deal. Below I’ve put together a selection of my favorites from the US and UK. I’ve focused on reputable brands like Otterbox, Spigen, and Casetify, alongside Samsung’s official offerings, but I’ve also mixed in a handful of Amazon options for those looking for something cheaper. As a relatively niche launch, there isn’t the usual glut of cases to choose from, but I was pleasantly surprised to see a decent range available.
When making your selection, keep in mind what you need in a suitcase. Do you want the toughest case, with reinforced corners, to protect your foldable from bumps and scratches?
