Adele Guts Sylvester Stallone's Beverly Hills mansion after $58 million purchase

Adele is completely gutting the house she bought from Sylvester Stallone...and as she starts over in the lavish Beverly Hills estate, a famous feature remains.

As you can see, the expensive renovations are in full swing and the main house is undergoing a total transformation: it's razed the entire second floor of the place!

Adele appears to leave the pool in place...and notices the iconic statue of Rocky rising above the water's edge, just like Sly had when he lived there. However, she made the statue at the other end of the pool disappear.

TMZ broke the story... Adele bought the house from Sylvester last year, and she got it for a robbery because it was originally listed at $110 million, then reduced to $80 million dollars before Adele shelled out $58 million for the estate.

That's right...a $58 million takedown. Gotta love L.A.!

The property is one of the largest in Beverly Park, with 3.6 acres and stunning city views. The gated community is riddled with celebrities and Adele is carving out her own slice of heaven.
