Days of Our Lives weekly spoilers May 5th – May 9th see Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) taking a huge risk, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) exploding, and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) doing a little bit of sneaky skullduggery.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers Monday, May 5th: Marlena’s Advice, Shawn & Steve’s Plan

Monday, May 5th Season 60, Episode 181 spoilers Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) has some advice for Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman). No doubt, about fatherhood, his worthiness to adopt, and issues with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).

Also, there’s the recent issues with Chanel and their marriage because of all of his other woes and worries. Meanwhile, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) are cooking up a plan. They want to get that drug for Bo Brady (Peter Reckell).

Shawn doesn’t want Steve to participate in stealing it, because he’s a cop and worries he’ll be fired. And Steve tells Shawn they need to bring Kayla in on this. Maybe so she can help them get the access they need.

But, if Dr. Russell’s drug goes missing, obviously Kayla is going to be the first person they suspect. Because she just asked about it and she was so desperate. Why wouldn’t they run grill her first? So, it’s quite a risk…

Chanel Confronts EJ and Chad Questions His Motives on DOOL

Next week, Chanel has a few things to say to EJ DiMera. She’s furious. Chanel’s gonna rant about his horrible deeds that lead Johnny to cancel the adoption. And of course, EJ won’t like to hear that at all, and it may stress him out.

Plus, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) wants to know why EJ did the online auction bidding. He asks why he’s going on a date with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord).

I wanted them to explain the timing of him being in a coma, waking up, and five minutes later bidding on that auction because it’s very hanky. Then, EJ’s kind of prodding at his brother Chad. They ask him if he has feelings for Cat.

Chad does have feelings for Cat. But he doesn’t want to have feelings for her. So Chad’s probably going to be in denial. He talks to Cat on Monday and Chad is trying to get her to think twice about something.

Maybe he warns her about EJ. But you know, the date was for charity purposes. She committed to it. EJ paid the price so she has to go on the date. But Chad’s gonna try and stop it from happening.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers Tuesday, May 6th: Shawn Questions, Gabi Loses It & Sophia Struggles

Tuesday, May 6, Season 60, Episode 182 DOOL spoilers have Shawn questioning Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu). It may be about her split from Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), who’s apparently left town.

Shawn may be trying to suss some things out before he and Steve do the heist. Maybe trying to make sure that, you know, his boss isn’t going to catch them doing the crime. Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) completely loses it.

If she’s still under suspicion in the shooting, that’ll enrage her. Or it could be professional and about Gabi Chic and her wanting to get her brand out from under Titan. Also on Tuesday, Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) is upset and Tate Black (Leo Howard) tries to lift her spirits.

Everything’s going wrong for poor Sophia. The adoption is off. Her mom Amy is refusing to even let them restart the adoption process. They’ve got three months to go. They have time but looks like she’s back to pushing the teens to raise the baby.

Sophia really wants to go to college and she’s devastated because she can’t even go to prom because she’s on partial bed rest. Doug 3 (Peyton Meyer) ignores Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) on Tuesday as well.

If you remember, Doug 3 was looking at homeless shelters. He does not want to get Holly in trouble. And if he tells her what’s going on, you know, she’s going to try and save Doug 3 again.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers Wednesday, May 7th: EJ Meets Dr. Russell and Alex’s Sneaky Move

Wednesday, May 7th, Episode 183 Season 60 DOOL spoilers have EJ inviting Dr. Russell, the miracle sepsis drug guy, at the DiMera mansion. So, EJ tells Dr. Russell he’s planning to bankroll the struggling University Hospital.

We’ll see if EJ’s talking to him because he plans to put him in charge and fire Kayla. That sounds like something EJ might do. She hates him. So, this could be something EJ wants to do because the DiMeras are all-in about cutting-edge research.

Plus, Kayla kills two birds with one stone. She is going to tell Steve this week that they need to steal the drug ASAP. Of course, she thinks Dr. Russell is leaving. He’s trying to get out of his contract, but EJ’s cash infusion could change the doctor’s mind.

Plus, Alex has something to show Xander Cook (Paul Telfer). He loves the book Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) wrote. So, will Alex show it to Xander and talk to him about it before he has Stephanie’s permission?

Belle and Shawn Bond Over Family Stress on DOOL

On Wednesday, Belle Black (Martha Madison) does some bonding with her ex Shawn Brady. They run into each other at the pub. They’re both stressing about their dads. She still hasn’t heard any word back on the search for John Black (Drake Hogestyn).

And Shawn’s desperate because Bo Brady’s dying of sepsis. So, they’re both upset. Of course, these are their ex-fathers-in-law. So, each of them knows the other well. They’ll do some serious commiserating.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers Thursday, May 8: Kayla Rejects EJ and Honeymoon Derailed

Thursday, May 8th, Episode 184 Days spoilers see Kayla rejecting EJ’s offer. But can Kayla really afford to turn down EJ’s cash infusion into the hospital? Obviously, the DiMeras are sketchy. But she collaborated with Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) in the past.

Kayla let his tech into the hospital to help Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) when they administered that experimental serum. We’ll see if Kayla can get away with rejecting EJ’s investment offer. The hospital board may force her hand and overturn things.

Marlena tries to help Johnny. And she also talks to EJ at the hospital this week. Xander and Sarah are ready for their honeymoon. And Chanel is obviously still upset about the adoption. So, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) comforts his stepdaughter and Chad gets a free pass.

Also, it looks this week like EJ and Cat may have their date. Because she’s very dressed up, in perfect makeup, smiling. It looks like a date outfit, not like her usual minimal look. So, she’s really dolled up for EJ next week…

Days of Our Lives Spoilers Friday, May 9th: Sarah Disaster and Alex’s Trouble

Friday, May 9th Season 60, Episode 185 spoilers see Sarah’s big plans to head out on that honeymoon with Xander are wrecked. Looks like Sarah has an allergic reaction to cake in the town square.

Xander’s got to get Sarah to the hospital for medical attention. Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) have a heartfelt conversation as the week closes. And Cat and Chad both comfort Felicity Greene (Kennedy Garcia) on Friday.

Plus, EJ will do whatever he must to protect Johnny. He thinks his son shot him. So, I wonder if EJ is going to throw an alternate suspect under the bus like Gabi. That would be kind of interesting.

Also, Alex works his magic charm on Stephanie. He tells her he thinks that her book is a bestseller waiting to happen. Alex wants Titan to publish it, but she may not be happy if he showed it to Xander without her permission.
