Liz Truss used a conversation at a climate summit to ask how she could get into Vogue, Nicola Sturgeon claims.

The First Minister of Scotland got her revenge on the Tory leadership candidate today after Ms Truss branded her an ‘attention seeker’.

Ms Sturgeon recalled meeting the Foreign Secretary at November's COP26 meeting in Glasgow, shortly after Vogue interviewed the SNP leader.

She told journalist Iain Dale, a former Tory candidate, in an interview with the Edinburgh Fringe: 'That was the main thing she wanted to talk to me about.

"She wanted to know how she could get into Vogue - and she calls me an attention seeker.
