Connection, collaboration, and shared success took centrestage as Noor Takaful Insurance Limited and Noor Health Limited brought together brokers and business partners from across Nigeria for its 2026 Partners’ Engagement Forum, themed “One Partnership, Shared Success.”

The event held at Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos, was filled with celebration and a promise to explore opportunities to accelerate growth, as the company reaffirmed its commitment to stronger business partnerships and to creating shared value.

True to the forum’s theme, transparency was evident in the words of the Vice Chairman of Noor Takaful, Aminu Turkur, who highlighted the company’s progress in surplus distributions, from approximately ₦12 million in its first year of operations to ₦409 million as of August 2026. The quantum leap is attributed to partners for their trust and continued support. Also, a reflection of the company’s commitment to the principles of fairness, mutual benefit, and shared prosperity, as characterised by its Takaful model.

Still in the spirit of shared success, he highlighted the expansion of these principles into the company’s HMO business; Noor Health, which is now in its second year of operations, and has distributed approximately ₦15 million to participants who underutilised their health plans.

In the mix was the Managing Director, Rilwan Sunmonu, who commended brokers for their contributions despite the challenges facing the insurance industry and provided an update on the company’s performance. He disclosed a record of approximately ₦21.1 billion in business as of the 2026 forum, against a full-year target of ₦30 billion, with the broker channel contributing about ₦4.2 billion.

The light of recognition also fell on long-standing partners with Sunmonu, reiterating that Noor Takaful will continue to prioritise improved service delivery, deeper collaboration and greater value creation for its partners and mutual clients.

As the curtains fell and the momentum rose, everyone present at the forum agreed that they truly have a partner in Noor Takaful. And if anything would strengthen this commitment to shared success and partnership, they are the words of Sunmonu, which read: “Together, let us turn partnership into performance, ambition into achievement, deliver greater value to our mutual clients and close 2026 stronger, more profitable, and more rewarding for us all!”
