The Jana Sena president thanks voters and says the strong support for his party is especially valuable

The strong support for JSP in the municipal polls is especially valuable, says its president and Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan.

Jana Sena Party (JSP) president and Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan has described the victory of the alliance parties in the urban local body elections as an endorsement of the coalition government’s rule.

He said in a press release on Tuesday (November 3, 2026) that urban voters showed their confidence in the alliance government’s policies on infrastructure, development and welfare schemes. The strong support for the JSP in the municipal polls was especially valuable, he said.

Mr. Pawan Kalyan thanked voters who stood by the JSP, the TDP and the BJP, congratulated the winning candidates and commended leaders and workers of the three parties for their efforts.

The alliance would take the State further on the path to development, with cooperation from the Centre under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership and with the administrative experience of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, he said.
