A still from ‘Bachelor Party D’eux’.

The trailer for the anticipated Amal Neerad film Bachelor Party D’eux is out. A sequel to his 2012 film Bachelor Party, the project boasts a star-studded cast, including Naslen K Gafoor, Kunchacko Boban, Tovino Thomas, Soubin Shahir, Sharafudheen and Sreenath Bhasi. The film is set to release on November 19, 2026.

The trailer resembles the tone and stylish treatment of the first installment starring Asif Ali, Rahman, Indrajith, Kalabhavan Mani and Vinayakan. It also suggests that the protagonists are a gang of mercenaries hired by the characters played by Kunchacko Boban and Shine Tom Chacko, and hints at them moving a consignment of gold and what might ensue.

One trailer sequence recreates the iconic stand-off scene from the first film.

Bachelor Party D’eux, written by Amal, is produced by Amal Neerad Productions, Anwar Rasheed Entertainment and Fahadh Faasil and Friends. Other cast members include Chandu Salim Kumar, Nadiya Moidu, Jyothirmayee, Rajisha Vijayan, Hansika Krishna, and Paris Laxmi.

Amal Neerad’s last directorial, Bougainvillaea, had mixed reviews. The Hindu’s review of the film said, “The film sticks almost entirely to the narrative in Lajo Jose’s novel ‘Ruthinte Lokam,’ on which it is based, even improving upon the writing in some parts. Amal Neerad’s visual style and intricate sound design add much to this, especially in how he imagines Reethu’s momentary lapses of memory. Jyothirmayi too plays it out in complete sync; even in sequences where her memory lapses are used for cinematic convenience, she brings a believable quality to the scene with the right amount of helplessness and doubt in her body language.”

Meanwhile, Naslen was last seen in Mollywood Times, which was released in June 2026. He appears as the antagonist in Jithu-Madhavan’s Tamil debut Scene, released on November 06, 2026. He has also announced other films, including the Asif Ali-starrer Tiki Taka and a project with the Kumbalangi Nights director Madhu C Narayanan.

Bassvictim: Peace + War review – like a thrillingly chaotic house party that goes on too long

(VOTB) On their fourth buzzy project in two years, the gobby and combustible US-Polish pair are best when they’re leaning into the roughness of their sound Even by the standards of an age in which artists are encouraged to maintain a constant stream of new releases to ensure that they maintain a continual presence in an attention-deficit economy, there’s something pretty startling about Bassvictim’s work rate. The duo – Polish singer Maria Manow and Brooklyn-born producer Ike Clateman – really don’t give the impression of a band built for longevity.

(Vertigo) Devastating moments are dressed up with warm production and kinetic 00s R&B in the now quiff-less singer’s grownup fourth album Over the six years that La Roux, AKA Elly Jackson, was making her fourth album, the singer ended a 17-year relationship, confronted her weed dependency, received autism and ADHD diagnoses and lopped off her signature Johnny Bravo-esque quiff. “Feels like you’re slipping right out of my life,” she admits on To Make Our Love, though the song bounces along like Ace of Base’s All That She Wants, while Night Vision, despite its crushing lyrics – “you keep…

So do Elton John, Tom Cruise, Harry Styles and Leonardo DiCaprio, their meals presided over by the restaurant’s founder, Nicole, variously described in print as “eccentric”, “unique” and “truculent” (she’s standing by the entrance when I arrive, and suffice to say, doesn’t look like someone you’d much enjoy being on the wrong side of).
