Participating in a cycle rally, the Industries Minister stresses development projects in Kurnool city have gained significant momentum since the alliance government came to power

Industries and Commerce Minister T.G. Bharath Gupta has urged the people of Kurnool Municipal Corporation (KMC) to elect the alliance candidates in the upcoming Municipal elections by a huge margin to ensure better infrastructure for the public.

Mr. Bharath rode a bicycle through the streets and lanes of 57, 59, 60, 55, and 56, wards of the city on Saturday, greeting the residents along the way to garner support for the contesting NDA alliance candidates. During his interaction, Mr. Bharath urged the public to cast their votes for the candidates representing the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), BJP, and Jana Sena Party (JSP) alliance, and also the Mayoral candidate, Bolleddula Vijaya Pratyusha.

The Minister highlighted that development projects in Kurnool city have gained significant momentum since the alliance government came to power and emphasised that the victory of NDA candidates was essential to continue the development works. He cautioned that the victory of YSRCP candidates could create obstacles to the city’s development. Mr. Bharath claimed that development had already been achieved during their two-and-a-half-year tenure.

Meanwhile, the NDA Mayoral candidate Vijaya Pratyusha requested the public to cast their votes for TDP and ensure her victory.

The cycle rally began at the Indira Gandhi Nagar arch and passed through the Sitaram Nagar auto stand, Ayushman Hospital, Bhagat Singh Nagar, and Uma Devi Hospital and concluded at the Narasimha Reddy Nagar water tank. Mr. Bharath addressed the gatherings at major junctions.
