Jana Sena Party (JSP) district president T.C. Varun, NDA Mayoral candidate Ajesh Yadav of the BJP, 44thDivision Corporator candidate Podili Babu Rao, and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leader Arun Chowdary engaged with the local residents and assured them of the city’s overall development if the alliance Mayoral candidate was voted to power.

Participating in the campaign on behalf of the alliance’s 44th division candidate Mr. Babu Rao, JSP district president and Anantapur-Hindupur Urban Development Authority Chairman Varun, Mr. Ajesh Yadav said electing the alliance’s candidates to the Anantapur Municipal Corporation would pave the way for a “triple-engine government” — an alignment between the Central, State, and local administrations.

Mr. Varun urged voters to support the alliance by casting their votes for Corporator candidate Podili Babu Rao contesting with the ‘Glass Tumbler’ symbol and Mayoral candidate Ajesh Yadav’s ‘Lotus’ symbol.

A large number of leaders, including various corporation directors Kummara Nagendra and Avuku Vijaykumar, and others participated in the campaign.
