Cloud services provider expands footprint

Hyderabad-based AI cloud services provider BharathCloud is expanding its footprint in the city with a second office.

As part of the expansion, it plans to onboard 500 employees across technology and business functions, the company said in a release on the new, 10,000 sq.ft. office

The hiring is expected to be across cloud engineering, AI infrastructure, network operations, cybersecurity, customer support, and business operations. The expansion will strengthen the company’s technical and service delivery capabilities while creating opportunities for talent in Hyderabad’s established technology ecosystem, said BharathCloud, which also plans to establish a Global Network Operations Centre (GNOC) at the new office.

“BharathCloud started its journey in Hyderabad in 2021, and the city continues to be central to our growth. This new office is more than an expansion of space. It represents our investment in talent, infrastructure, and the capabilities needed to serve a growing market,” co-founder Rahul Takkallapally said.

The expansion follows BharathCloud’s launch of its first AI-ready sovereign cloud centre at CtrlS Datacenters’ Hyderabad DC1 facility.
