The Yadgir Postal Division organised an awareness rally under the theme ‘Integrity for Prosperity’ in Yadgir on October 28, emphasising the need for a corruption-free administration and high ethical standards in public life.
The rally, which commenced at the divisional postal office near Ambedkar Circle in Yadgir city, passed through key routes before concluding at Babu Jagjivan Ram Circle.
Postal personnel and officers spread the message of transparency among the public and government staff.
Flagging off the rally, Assistant Superintendent of Post Offices (Yadgir division) Krishna Mohite stressed that honesty, morality, and accountability form the foundation of individual and societal prosperity. “A corruption-free society and good governance can only be achieved when every individual discharges their duties with utmost dedication and responsibility,” he said.
Speakers at the event urged government employees to adopt strong ethical principles in daily administration, maintain transparency while interacting with people, and ensure responsible utilisation of government resources.
Assistant Superintendent of Post Offices Lakshmikant Kodli, Yadgir Postmaster Veeranna Pattar, alongside department personnel Chandrakala, Dattatri, and Mallikarjun, were present.
