By now, you would think that the Sister Wives fans would realize Kody Brown is not doing well in the fathering department. This guy is estranged from many of his kids today.

But despite his parenting tactics seen on the screen causing outrage, there are still some Sister Wives fans who write to him for fathering advice. And what they get from the father of 18 will often raise eyebrows.

Another Case Where Kody Has A Go-To Word

Another one of the Sister Wives patriarch’s parenting advice videos dropped. It leaves fans not only confused as to why someone would request this from Kody but also outraged over what he said.

In a recent parenting advice video, Kody saturated his advice with “respect.” He offered how to demand respect from your kids, which left a daunting look on the faces of the fans. But the latest video tops that one.

Kody’s newest video conjured up online chatter has to do with parenting. But instead of “respect” the words he repeats this time come from the word “accountability.” Make your kids account for this or that, he says. Teach them to be accountable, and so on.

The Sister Wives father assures the masses that it is accountability you are looking for when being a parent to your kids. Considering the fans haven’t seen Kody be accountable for what went wrong with his plural marriage, his advice becomes hard to swallow.

So, Kody rambled on and on over making your kids accountable for their actions, accountable for their homework, and various chores. But it was what he said about keeping your kids protected that triggered the howling from fans.

Kody’s advice was also to protect your kids, again from various things this big old world has in store for them. But one thing they need protection from, according to the world by Kody Brown, is older half siblings?

Kody said you need to protect the kids from the “pecking order” of the older kids, especially when it comes to the kids from different spouses. So, Sister Wives fans assume he is talking about protecting Robyn’s kids from their older half-siblings.

Stirring the Pot?

As much as we’ve heard Kody’s kids weigh in on the plural marriage demise, their take on Robyn, and what it has done to their mothers, they’ve never said a mean word about Robyn’s kids. In fact, many of them say they miss seeing them.

So, why Kody came up with this little piece of parenting advice is confusing. In recent episodes, Kody has referred to Robyn’s kids as “his kids” and his other children as his other wives’ kids. So Sister Wives viewers see Kody creating an even bigger wedge between him and his kids, probably without even realizing this.

While he mentioned no names, to the fans it sounded as if Kody alluded to his older children from his other wives possibly picking on Robyn’s kids. And this could be where he pulled this advice from.

So, Sister Wives fans see Kody’s latest parenting advice possibly backfiring when it comes to his older kids once they get wind of this new video.
