Succession: Critics praise 'perfect and brutal' finale

The show, which focuses on the power struggle between the children of media mogul Logan Roy, has finally come to an end after four seasons.
Reviews seemed more than pleased with how it ended, with some comparing it to the writing of William Shakespeare.
The Guardian's Lucy Mangan referenced Shakespeare's King Lear and Macbeth, adding: "That was Succession at its best. And that, slimy puppies, is saying something."
The Times' Caro Midgley asked, "Why was that finale so brilliant?", adding, "Because it had it all: comedy, tragedy, plot twists, dialogue from first order - even, surprisingly, a hint of sentimentality."
