Tyrese wants new judge to handle divorce case after heated argument in court

Tyrese is furious over his divorce case - where he was ordered to keep paying $10,000/month in child support - and wants a new judge to step in, saying the old dress had it made for him.

The actor filed new legal documents this week, obtained by TMZ, that outline his reasons for wanting to review his view of the case, the main one being Judge Farmer, who was presiding over the divorce, was clearly biased against Tyrese.

There are a few examples presented in his case... Tyrese says during a pre-trial meeting in Judge Farmer's chambers, hizzoner apparently told Tyrese and his ex, Samantha Lee Gibson, that he thought that $10,690 a month in child support was appropriate based on the financial evidence and that he didn't care if Gibson was a "greedy, gold-digging bitch".

Essentially, Tyrese is claiming that this judge has already made up his mind about how things should go before he even hears the arguments and testimony in court.

Not only that - but Tyrese alleges the judge's favor was shown early and often during the actual trial...including disparaging warnings and cutting Tyrese off in the middle of his responses which were captured on video , which Tyrese said was totally outrageous. Tyrese claims his attorney "definitely felt intimidated by Judge Farmer" during the case.
