Tommy Lee Jones’ Daughter Victoria Was Offered Plea Deal Before Her Death

Tommy Lee Jones‘ girl Victoria had a plea deal that required sobriety pending signing before his sudden death… TMZ has learned.

As you know, she was found deceased at the Fairmont San Francisco early Thursday morning, with the audio shipping indicating that this may be linked to an overdose. We also told you that she had several running-ins with the law over the years…with a recent drug arrest in April.

And, according to court documents obtained by TMZ … Victoria was offered a plea deal following the April incident, in which she was found to be in illegal possession of cocaine — and resisting arrest. Napa County’s proposed plea deal would require her to plead guilty to resisting/obstructing arrest and possession of a controlled substance…but would release her from the charge of being under the influence of a controlled substance. In exchange, she would have to abstain from drugs and submit to random testing.

This agreement would have required her to be on probation for a year… as well as complete an alternative program such as counseling. She was also allegedly responsible for paying for the program as well as fines associated with her charges.

Victoria’s next court date was January 20, when she might have entered a plea in the case. However, she did not make it to the appointment.

TMZ has reached out to Victoria’s attorney and the Napa County District Attorney for comment…so far, no response.

As we told you, the charges stem from a welfare check conducted on Victoria after she accidentally called the police in Napa. She told authorities she was fine, but while they were there, they noticed a white residue on her tongue and that she was speaking quickly and “fighting with her body movements.” She admitted to using cocaine that day and police arrested her – which she resisted.

Victoria’s family broke their silence upon his passing Friday with a brief statement that read… “We appreciate all the kind words, thoughts and prayers. Please respect our privacy during this difficult time. Thank you.”

She was 34 years old.
