Michael McKeethe Illinois surgeon accused of murdering his ex-wife and her husband in their Ohio home, has agreed to be returned to Ohio to face murder charges … but he says he’s innocent.
McKee appeared in court Monday after his Arrest Saturday in Illinois and waived extradition to Ohio, where he is accused of shooting Spencer And Monique Tepé in the early hours of December 30 with the couple’s two young children at home.

Check out these images from inside an Illinois courtroom… McKee is shackled and wearing a mustard prison jumpsuit. The only time he speaks is when he says her full name.
McKee has a public defender and his attorney said he intends to plead not guilty.

As we reported … cops say they traced a car seen near the home at the time of the murders to McKee, Illinois, where he worked as a vascular surgeon.
He was married to Monique for a few years before divorcing in 2017… she married Spencer in 2020 and they had two children, who remained unharmed in the shooting in suburban Columbus, Ohio.

The children are now stay with family members.
