Harvey And Charles We are generally a close-knit team… but Michael RapaportThe “Traitors” comments have stirred up trouble in paradise – with the two men debating heatedly on “TMZ Live.”

Our two colleagues discussed the reaction to Rapaport claims Colton Underwood — a gay man who sought out a woman on “The Bachelor” while still in the closet — would be an incredible secret keeper … and it got quite a negative reaction from his castmates. Michael then apologized to Colton.

Watch the clip… Harvey actually comes to Michael’s defense here – telling Charles that he thinks Michael is referring to Colton keeping the secret from millions on national television.

Harvey also points out that he’s a gay man who was in the closet himself for many years…and he’s not at all offended by the exchange – adding that he has no problem if someone wants to say that he’s also a good secret keeper because of his time in the closet.

To be clear, Harvey doesn’t think anyone should be forced to stay in the closet… but he does think it strengthens someone’s ability to keep secrets.

Charles tells Harvey that he still thinks that’s a homophobic statement…and, if he were in Michael’s place, he would never say something like that to Harvey or anyone else. He thinks it’s too close to make fun of someone who doesn’t feel comfortable living their truth out loud.
