“Dead-ss… throughout our marriage, dead-ss. But I was going to try everything. We tried everything: therapist, doctors.

Matt Kalil thinks his ex-wife’s request will be ‘completely rejected’

Meanwhile, Kalil’s attorney, Ryan Saba of Rosen Saba LLP, said TMZ Sports that he believes Baylee’s motion would be “completely rejected” in court.
“Haley Kalil’s motion to dismiss does not challenge the fact that she wantonly disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil, resulting in widespread ridicule and unwanted attention,” the legal expert said, adding that “a spouse does not have the right to reveal private and confidential marital and sexual details for the purpose of profit.”
In his lawsuit, Kalil accused Baylee of profiting from the comments and thus gaining many followers on social media. He also said he received “unwanted attention and invasive comments from the public” following his comment.
He is seeking $75,000 in damages and wants a jury trial.
