The technology sector has been going through a tough time lately, with the current economic downturn hitting all major companies. Amazon, Microsoft, Meta and Alphabet have all announced thousands of layoffs to cut their losses. Even as these tech giants strengthen their employee benefits and open the door to their talent, there is still more to be done.
