Thousands of protesters took to the streets of Minneapolis and other US cities on Friday to show their anger over the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown. The turnout came in response to a call for a day of action, dubbed a “national shutdown,” following the killings of Alex Pretti and Renée Good by federal agents in Minneapolis.
