local time on Friday, reporters spotted a swarm of FBI agents and Pima County sheriff’s deputies descending on a home near East Orange Grove Road and North First Avenue…but that wasn’t the only hot spot, as investigators also focused on a nearby Culver where a silver Range Rover SUV appeared to be a priority.

According to online videos, law enforcement investigated the vehicle and eventually towed it. Sources say Fox News Digital a man was arrested following a traffic stop involving the vehicle and that the stop is linked to a search warrant served at a residence near Nancy Guthrie’s home.
It’s unclear what investigators specifically are looking for inside the vehicle, as they took steps to cover their inspection by the cameras with a yellow sheet. It should be noted that the Culver location is only 2 miles from Nancy’s house.
