‘RHOC’ Meghan King My ex-husband asked sex workers to harass me!!! Jim Edmonds denies claim

“Real Housewives of Orange County” Alumna Meghan King accused her ex-husband Jim Edmonds of leaking her cell phone to sex workers to harass her years ago… something she mentioned to cops while reporting recent threats of phone harassment from a stranger – but a rep for Jim flatly denies the claim.
According to a report from the Kirkwood Police Department, Meghan went to the Missouri police station in September 2025 to report alleged threatening phone calls she received.
Meghan told a police officer that she regularly received calls from a stranger threatening to harm her and her children. Meghan claimed she had been receiving calls for the past 2 months…but said it had gotten worse over the previous 2 days. She told the officer that the person had made “obvious and crazy threats” and that they were making less and less sense.
Meghan claimed she interacted with the caller for a while, but then stopped…she said she blocked the number, but says they continued to use new numbers to message her.
The officer listened to 2 voicemails left by the unknown person and stated that the person had a female voice…the caller repeatedly threatened to grab, harm and kill Meghan and her children. The suspect also told Meghan she would “go to jail.”
The report reads… “The suspect sometimes speaks calmly and quickly to others, using frequently repeated phrases or details in a disjointed and erratic manner.”
The officer noted in the report that Meghan is a former star of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” and that sometimes people call her randomly.
Meghan told police she was dealing with her ex-husband, Jim Edmonds, who was “losing his mind” over their ongoing custody dispute. As TMZ previously reported, Meghan lost custody of the three children she shares with Jim according to a school official called Child Protective Services.
The report says the officer asked Meghan if she thought Jim had anything to do with the threatening calls…she said she didn’t know…but mentioned the ongoing custody battle.
Meghan also told the officer that Jim had previously harassed her through others and referenced an alleged incident a few years ago when she claimed Jim distributed her number in numerous places, including giving it to sex workers with instructions to harass her.
According to the report, Megan said “after an overwhelming flurry of phone calls and texts, she received a text from a number she did not recognize, which included a photo of the text sent by [Jim] containing instructions to harass her.
The police department opened an investigation into the random text messages and calls, adding that “due to the nature of the threats, a department-wide email was sent requesting close patrol of [Meghan’s] residence.”
Jim’s representative, Steve Honigtells TMZ, “This is the first time anyone has heard of this, and it’s absurd. Jim spends his time in Tennessee raising his children and has no time for such nonsense.”
